Hire By Chloe is a designer dress hire destination created to bring confidence and fun to getting dressed for life’s special moments. Based on the Central Coast with Australia-wide delivery, the business offers a curated collection of designer pieces alongside a personalised in-studio try-on experience.
As Hire By Chloe entered its next chapter, the vision extended beyond creating a new visual identity. The business needed an online experience that felt just as considered as the brand itself, while simplifying what had previously been a highly manual hire process. Blanc Design Studio created an elevated, editorial identity inspired by fashion, nostalgia and the little details that make an experience memorable.
We sourced and implemented a dedicated dress hire e-commerce system, then seamlessly integrated it into the custom website. Customers can now browse the collection, select their event dates, check availability and complete their hire online, transforming what was once a manual process into a streamlined, automated experience.
The result is more than a new look for Hire By Chloe. It is a cohesive brand and digital platform designed around both the customer experience and the way the business operates behind the scenes, giving Chloe a stronger foundation to grow the brand while making the hire journey feel effortless from beginning to end.
