  • After the initial project payment is received you’ll receive a thorough guide, outlining the stages of the project delivery and timeline.

  • You and your designer sit down for a 2 hour discovery call before the project commences and your initial concepts are delivered.

  • To ensure a seamless process, there are two remittance options. Full payment can be made upfront, prior to commencement, or a 50% deposit on booking can be paid, with the final 50% due before delivery of any digital files.   • Projects typically take around 9 to 13 days, depending on the scope and details involved.

The four offerings are designed in thoughtfully structured phases to guide your branding journey from start, through to finish. Beginning with branding, followed by photography, a website that aligns with your identity, and concluding with unique assets that complete your brand’s visual toolkit.   • Custom CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is a versatile tool in web design that allows us to fine-tune your website's look and layout. CSS is essential for a brand-aligned website to ensure your brand fonts are incorporated into your website for brand consistency and recognition. Unlike generic templates, custom CSS gives us the flexibility to adjust every visual element to align with your brand’s essence.

  • Some costs are not covered in our project pricing. These include font licenses, sourcing images for websites, website hosting, domain registration, printing fees and extra rounds of revisions.

  • We focus on building brands with purpose and cohesion. To maintain the highest quality and ensure the best outcome, we work from the ground up, rather than incorporating existing logos or design elements.

  • Yes, we love connecting with clients from all over the world. The majority of our meetings take place via Google Meet, allowing us to collaborate seamlessly no matter where you are.
